I went for the promotion, buy the phone and get the watch and tablet on them.They charge you for the devices they say are free.

They bill a month in advance.

I am new to Verizon and already wanting out. I have only been wit them 2 months and have paid over 500.00 in bills. 

How much is to get out of the contract. They can have the devices back.  I am going back to xfinity.

They say they won't turn your phone off and will. I have had 2 disconnects in 2  months. 

Customer Service promised there will be no 20.00 per line reconnect fee.....they are on the bill.

The last thing we ever want is for you to have any problems with your bill, and we're going to make sure you're getting every single promotion you qualify for. If you take a look at your bill, is the tablet and watch already receiving the promotional credit?
