I have been unable to claim the Black Friday 1 Year of Amazon Prime deal. Has anyone else experienced this? I have gotten several emails from Verizon saying it is time to redeem. I click the link and it takes me to My Verizon, but there is nothing there about redeeming Prime. I have chatted and called Verizon several times and no one has been able to help. I keep getting pushed off on to other departments.
