I received an email after being a customer for almost 4 months which is ridiculous because there offer was a 300 dollar gift card and not a 50 dollar gift card and it took longer for them to actually honor their promotion. I receive the email and click the link and nothing is working, I follow the instructions but nothing happens. Verizon customer service does not work, no one was able to help me and I am frustrated, I feel like changing my service which is outrageous since I have two account with the same promotion, will this happen to my other account too, I need help now please!!!!
