I’m not getting help when I callI recently been unable to get help with a billing dispute that I’ve been experiencing and today is my day to pay on payment arrangement and customer service will not help me. And I won’t pay untill I get help. I’d really hate to have to go through all the loops with filing a complaint to all of the appropriate agencies. Preferably I would like to resolve this, but I am getting refused any type of assistance when I call. I’m not sure if this incompetence happens regularly, but I’ve been facing a lot of incompetence with Verizon
