CAN'T SEE EVERYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT PAGE

It has been over a week since I called Verizon to tell them the only thing I can see under 'services' on my online account is TV. No Phone information. No internet information. Can't see call logs. It was SUPPOSED to be fixed by 7/28. That has come and gone and still no info or callback from Verizon.

I called again on Thursday and they told me that they were 'BUILDING ANOTHER PROFILE' for my account.  I asked for a callback and never got one.

Am very frustrated with the customer service received from this COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY which gives NO COMMUNICATION.

I want my account back.  What do I have to do to get this done in a timely fashion???
