GUESS THEY JUST LOVE TO BILL PEOPLE FOR SERVICES THEY NO LONGER USE!
CANCELLED ALL SERVICES ON 1-2-2018
GUESS THEY JUST PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT TO CANCEL
JUST RECEIVED BILL FOR DSL INTERNET THAT WAS CANCELLED 2 WEEKS AGO!
The issue maybe that you cancelled services “after” your bill closing date. In this case you would owe for a partial use.
If you ever notice sometimes folks cancel service before the bill closing date yet have service up to that date. This is just the situation in reverse.
look at your billing invoice and see what the start and end dates are.
