I have been with Verizon for about a year and a half. Truthfully the service is below par in the area of south florida that i live in....they dont even have home internet wired or wireless. And because of some nonsense with my bank and a chargeback that i didnt even initiate I have been put on cash only payments until may 2025. This is incredibly disrespectful considering the service that i have received or lack there of and the INSANE price that i am paying for service. I could literally get better service for half the price. I dont even mind paying so much but taking my self in person to pay this bill let alone any bill is an inch too far, I really do not want to cancel but I feel like you guys are giving me no choice. The message that i hear from verizon is " we do not want your business" because things like this should be case by case and I have extenuating circumstances and from what I have read I am not the only one.

Sorry to hear about the autopay being cancelled. Unfortunately there is no way for a human to override the 6 month ban if something happened with an automatic payment in the past. Would be nice to have, but I don't have any say in it.
You can't dial #PMT on your phone, or use the one-time bill pay site either? Because I know when I signed up with Verizon (twice) I paid for the first month's bill with a credit card, but the system shows it as "cash" since I was paying in the store when I signed up.

About the home internet service: It's too bad Fios is only available in 8 states, as I'd have considered leaving my ISP for that, but it is what it is. If Verizon was going to expand that service, we'd be paying even more on our bills. As for the "fixed wireless" service, wouldn't necessarily complain if it's not available. While fixed wireless internet is potentially better than satellite internet, it's a mixed bag otherwise since it runs off the cell phone towers and is subject to network congestion and deprioritization to cell phone traffic.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I also have the same issue, it's crazy. They say my account is locked until JULY 2025, for 7 MONTHs. I'm about to cancel my service too.
I had a rep said they submitted an appeal for me. 2 months later, another rep said my account was fine. But the next month it's still CASH ONLY. No help what so ever!!! I literally just joined too....
