Please read the chat log, this is what I had to go through with 2 different agents this morning. Is this how Verizon trains their employees when the subject of refund comes up?? This was complete waste of my time and made me have negative views of Verizon. Verizon needs to be better than this, someone needs to contact me with a solution ASAP. Also, the email address I was provided by the second agent isn't valid. What is really going on here?
