I have had the worse experience ever with Verizon . I have a whole business account and the customer service is the worse ever. I call speak to a agent. If i call back again about the same issue I get different information. Not Once have I called and got the same information. I get hung up on! I get transferred to the wrong departments! I get told No worry mam you don't have to worry about this situation its fixed to later find out its not fixed! There has to be a escalation team for a company BIG as this company is! This is not ok and the amount of money we pay for the service to be treated like this is diabolical!
