I have been trying to pay my Verizon cable/internet bill all week. I can log into the V app and click on everything else without an issue. When I click ‘Account’ the V app is in a continuous loading loop. I simply want to pay my bill for the month and be done already. Thankfully I’m a full month paid ahead so I’m not too upset, yet.
Does anyone have any idea how to get the account to load so I can pay my bill?
