I used the Verizon chat because my service stopped working. The gentlemen was very helpful and set up an appointment. The gentlemen asked if I needed anything else and I asked if there was a way to lower my bill. He sent me a link I looked through it but didn’t accept anything so I thought.
It was found that the interuption to my service was actually from damage to wires around the corner from my house. Service was restored.
Several months later I check my bill and see a service charge. I call and explain and they say it will be credited to my account. I also find that my contract was renewed. The lady on the phone said it was done in error and would put in the notes that I was done in error and put in a message to have it changed. I called to change my services today and nothing was ever done and there is nothing in the notes about my call. The only thing in the notes is that my contract was renewed but they couldn’t explain who authorized it. They said you can speek to a supervisor who never answered the phone. Any help to get this taken care of.
