I made a payment for my past due balance. I can’t not make a payment arrangement for the current balance
Hello, msright4u42k, it's great to hear that ou were able to make a payment on your past due balance. To make sure we're on the same page, you were able to pay yoru past due balance, but you still have a current balance remaining on your account, right? If so, what issue are you running into with making a payment arrangement? Were you able to set up an arrangement previously?
