Can not set up auto-pay

Dear Verizon,
Since moving apartments in November, I have been trying to set up autopay without any success.
I have just tried once more - but with the same lack of result as always, see below...(.'We are currently experiencing...)
I would love to get some guidance on what to do here, please, as I want to be paying my bills on time.
