Can't Redeem Gift Card

After waiting a month after my install date as I was told, I received and email about redeeming my $300 prepaid gift card that was included as part of my package when I signed up. I have received that email now, but the instructions it gives me (copy/pasted below) tell me to click on the reward card image, which does not show up on my page after i click the link in the email. I would apprieciate assisstance resolving this, as the email also states that I must redeeem this within sixty days or I would lose it.
