I got a promotion offer of a $50 gift card for signing up for FIOS and waited over a month. I'm unable to proceed to redeem it. Clicking the link to redeem gift card, just refreshes the page. It's supposed to expire by April 13th, I don't think it's fair to Promote this Offer and NOT fulfill it. What is the problem?
