Can't get payment page to load

I can't get the payment page to load. I just get a forever spinning circle. I tried Edge and Chrome. I tried my laptop and my pc. 

I tried clearing cache and hard reloading via chrome F12 function. Plus Chrome is set to clear cache every time I close my session.

In the console I see the following error:
