Can't log into myverizon account because I keep getting "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." error

Hi there,
I need urgent help accessing my Verizon account to pay off my Verizon Bill. For hours now I've been trying to log in and every-time I do, it just gives me the error "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."
I've tried everything changing browsers, clearing my cache, restarting my laptop. They've all failed.
I've also been unable to find any public solutions to resolve this yet they're several posts with people having this exact problem. All those posts are being resolved privately with a Verizon agent, so could someone please help me with this as well.
