Can't pay bill

I have tried multiple times today to pay my bill. When I click "Pay Bill" it clock's and never actually connects to allow me to pay my bill. This sounds like an application issue and IT needs to resolve.

72Kellydm, having access to your billing payment options is a must. Thanks for this info. How are you attempting to access the site, meaning, via the online My Verizon app or via desktop?

I think there is something going on with the My Verizon app not connecting to the bill pay site as several threads have come up in the past few days about this.
In the meantime, the one time bill pay site: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/ or try dialing #PMT on phone.
