If a call was Originated from "Canada /, ZZ", what is the physical location from which the call was initiated?

I can understand your concerns regarding the call origination. It does not provide an exact location only the tower from which the call is being completed from. Does that information help? Were you recently in Canada?

Can you tell me what city or approximate location  the tower “Canada /, ZZ” is located in?  The information on my bill is not specific enough.
