Cancel NHL Center Ice Nightmare!

I've been trying to cancel my NHL Center Ice subscription for the last  3 days! 

I've called the 1-888-553-1555 and the on line option but when i get to the last step it freezes!

If anyone can help i really appreciate it! Thanks
