I have been trying to cancel my uncle’s VLD service for 4 months. He died in September. It has been impossible to speak with someone on the phone. I do not have his login information and the requested numbers I have don’t work for the automated systems. Not even the number on the bill. I am not a Verizon customer. I have the account number, the copy of the bill, and his death certificate. Can someone please help me (an actual person, please)?
