I am trying to get assistance with cancelling a payment I ignitiated a little while ago this morning. I have chatted with a live rep but he told me his system could not perform my request. It is very urgent that I have the payment cancelled. Please help

Contacting the bank is a run around. They can not do anything that I was trying to have done. Cant do a reversal cant do what the prev reps didnt tell me they were doing, a refund. Right back to Verizon I go. Only the recipient of the payment can do such a thing. Ill contact my bank if I ever suffer fraudulent activities

- So how is a payment reversal request that never got reversed solved/complete. Forget Verizon. Explained the situation more times then any one can count and all I git was lies and bulldung from your customer service reps. Heres an update Verizon. My license did get suspended. I missed work. I had to pay a whole whole lot thanks to the lack of help and support form you sorry rearholes. Soon as I can uproot from this pathetic company I will absolutely be doing so. Thanks for nothing
