Cancel contact fee

What much does it cost to cancel my new contact. The verizon rep did not sell me what i requested

It depends. New customer you can cancel within 30 days and no fees assessed against you.

if you are an existing customer it Varys. $350 for the full two years.

Since you are in NY State click the link above and contact the Public Service Commission and explain what transpired and they will contact Verizon and put the fear of god into them. Verizon is regulated by law. Avail yourself of the free service.

you may also contact the NYS Attorney Generals Office if you feel fraud was evolved.
