I called yesterday to renew and got ripped off. First I was paying 140 and now it's 190. i complaint is that my previous contract was not up until June and my renew was started immediately at the higher price. While I am not happy about the extra 50 that it starts immediately is **bleep**

contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission via a google search who can handle this situation. They will contact Verizon escalations who may be able to assist.
