I chatted with customer service today so they could walk me through canceling the Sports Pass package. After following the agent's directions I noticed my account went from "expired agreement" to "2 year agreement". I figured it would be taken care of immediately but now I have to wait 2 to 5 days to hopefully reverse the agreement? I now have the hassle of having to check on this now when all I wanted was to drop a service! Why is the burden on me? This should have been reversed immediately, especially since I got into this mess following a reps instructions.
I've still received ZERO communication on my open trouble ticket related to YOUR automatically signing me up for a new two year agreement. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever endured. If this is not resolved today I'm going to see if our local news is interested in including this as one of their consumer advocate stories.
