Canceling nfl

I need escalated support on canceling the nfl play package. I am no longer a Verizon customer but it still says I am actively subscribed to nfl on the website. It tells me to un toggle any time to unsubscribe but there is no toggle. I have spoken to 5 reps who have all told me to do what I have already done. Please help.
