I cancelled my auto pay 5 days before it was supposed to come out and set up a payment plan....The charge was still deducted from my account!! I am not happy and have been trying to reach customer service all morning by chat (doesn't work), requesting a call (doesn't work) and last but not least, after calling and going through multiple prompts to speak with someone...was told there was over an hour wait and I've since been waiting 2 hours for someone to call me back. I am super **bleep** at this point.
