Cancelled iPhone order

I placed an online order on Verizon website ordered a 2 iPhone upgrades and was charged for taxes, activation and apple care.

Order placed: 10/13/2024

Order Number: *****

Order Location Code: E247001

Due Today (Amt Paid): $473.68

Store Pickup: 86 Worcester Rd, Framingham, MA 01701 508.370.4002

The reason I  cancelled is becasue I incorrectly ordered 128gb instead of 256gb. I called Verizon and was told there is no way to change the order and I should cancel and place another order. I did that.

Since then I called multiple times spent over 15 hours on the phone with Verizon and get the run around.

-Multiple payment investigations opened and then DENIED becasue they say it was a store pick up. The store said they are not going to refund because it is an online order.

Today when I called, the Verizon customer service agent actually called the store with me on the phone. The Verizon store manager said the same thing to the customer service agent that he cannot refund.

Today new payment investigations were opened. *****

I got this text :"Verizon Msg: We have begun to process your request, the ticket number are ***** *****. Your request should be resolved within 3 Days."

Unfortunately, I have received similar messages since October 17th - NOBODY CALLS BACK, AND NO REFUND.  

THIS IS A STRAIGHTFORWARD CANCELLATION - THE PHONEORDER WAS CANCELLED BEFORE IT WAS PICKED UP - PLEASE REFUND MY MONEYVerizon
