Cancelling My Service on Dec 4th

I will be cancelling my service on Dec 4th, being a customer for many years.  My bill was 157 a month they deleted channels,  then it went up to 245 a month.

Received a deal when I signed into my account 114.99 a month for 2 years and same plan lower price HAHA. I took the deal and find out its 193 a month and lost showtime.  Called them and they said plan changed and I told them it said same plan.  Plus the 114.99 a month didnt show all the other charges just price.

SORRY VERIZON YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LOYAL AND PAY ON TIME.  SEE YA..
