My 27 year old son has Selective Mutism. He cannot speak right now. The problem is that he wants to cancel his Verizon phone service. He is not in contract and has no device payments. He needs to get out of this service because he is not using it.
Can someone please tell us how he can cancel phone service without actually speaking to someone?
