This is my 10th day trying to get a Verizon rep. on the phone to cancel my service because I moved. The number given to me in a chat session was a non-working number. The "Schedule a Call" feature does not work.
I need to speak to a Verizon rep. that can cancel my service immediately.
Verizon provides such cut-rate customer service and the issues so abundant, that it must have been designed this way. Sure, the current marketplace forces people to pay for Verizon products as opposed to another company, but your customers quite literally hate you. Awesome you post large profits, but everyone hates you.
