I got the email regarding the $100 gift card and have tried to redeem it multiple times from multiple devices.
It still does not take me to the registration page and does not show me the tile.
The email said that today was the last day for redemption but since customer service on chat cannot help and the phone based customer service is unavailable, I'm not sure about what to do.

Contact your states attorney generals office. Tell your attorney generals office the problems you are having.
