Cannot Redeem $100 Rewards Gift Card

Hi Team, 

I have signed up for Verizon Fios and was told I can redeem a $100 reward gift card. 

I got an email telling me instructions of which I followed.  Once I clicked on it and "Redeem", it brings me back to my account overview page. I've spoken with customer representatives and rewards specialists but no one is able to help me resolve this.

Please let me know if anyone can help, Thank you.
