I think many people share and experience this same issue...but I didn't find any solutions on this forum....all the response I saw is your agent will contact that individual...so I guess I have to make a post as well.... So following is the issue I experienced....
I received an email instructing me to redeem my two visa prepaid cards that were offered as part of sign-up. The email states to click the "redeem now" link and then "Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
to register your reward."
There is no reward tile. Please help.
