Cannot Redeem $50 and $100 Prepaid Visa Cards

Looks like many others are having this issue, so add me to the list...

I just received an email saying that my two prepaid Visa cards are ready to be redeemed.  I click the link and it takes me to my dashboard.  I then see "Redeem Now" buttons for the two cards, as expected.  However, these buttons don't work - when I click them, I receive the same "HTTP Status 500" error page that others have mentioned.  I tried it on multiple browsers and on my mobile app but get the same issue.

How can I redeem these cards??  It's pretty inexcusable that this issue has been going on for weeks now, looking at the comments here.
