Cannot Redeem Amazon Prime Reward


I have not been able to redeem my Amazon Prime/Echo reward.  I have tried several times however the link does not work from either of the emails that I have received. I have tried the Chat Support no one was able to help.  I have also called Customer support several times and was just transfered around for hours with no one being able to help.  I have also tried the Rewards department with no success.  It is extremely frustrating that this reward is offered however, cannot be redeemed as it seems like several people are having the same issue.  Can someone please help me resolve this issue and allow me to redeem the reward that was offered when I began my contract.
