Same as many people, I cannot figure out how to redeem my gift card. The "Redeem Now" link just routes back to my profile home page. I was able to process the order approximately a month ago, but I never received an update. I believe the message said that a status update would occur within 48 hours. A month later, I still don't have an update and cannot figure out how to check the status. This is extremely frustrating!
