Hello, I was able to redeem the Echo, and received the Echo almost a month ago now, but it does not seem like I'm able to redeem the free prime. I reached out to a representative who was unable to provide me any answers other than give it some time and try your redeem link again. Which I did, but it is still showing I'm going to be charged for Prime again come February 20, 2019.
Please help, I just got an email stating this offer is expiring soon.
