I have two gift cards that I have been unable to redeem. I have followed the instructions in the email, and the confirmation stated that I would receive the gift cards by email in a few days. I have not received any messages from Verizon.
I used chat, and they sent me another email link. That, of course, does not work - it just opens up a new home page. The redemption period expires in two weeks. 😞

This is quite common with Verizon. Just google the situation.
to take money the links work, to give promised gift cards or money back the links go nowhere or loop.
contact your states attorney general’s office who can assist with those gift cards.
