Cannot Redeem Verizon Gift Card
Got the following email twice but the link never works

It's time to get your reward from Verizon.*

Great news! Now that your Fios service has been installed for 65 days it's time to redeem your reward.

  • A $100 Verizon Gift Card for your order of Fios Home Internet Gigabit Connection.^

Follow the instructions below to redeem.

  1. Click on the Redeem now button below and log in using your
    user ID and password.
  2. Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
    to register your reward.

Have tried everything online and talked to a few customer representatives but still can’t redeem anything please help me out
