Cannot View Fios Bill

My Fios payment is due October 22 and when I logged onto the website I wasn't able to view the bill. It just says error loading bill or it shows $0.00. So instead I typed in the amount written on the paper statement. I wanted to know if the payment went through as I did not receive a confirmation email. Thank you.
