Can’t reset my password — regardless of device or browser, I receive the error: 

Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.

 

How can I access my account? I am abroad and would prefer not to call, but this is time sensitive. Is there a chat function I can use to reach someone?

I've been dealing with this issue all year. I've spent 10+ hours on the phone with Tier 2 tech support, they all do the same thing and unregister my account which creates a whole other series of problems.

They insist that they don't block IPs or VPNs but none of my computers, phones, or apps work when I'm home. Everything is fine when out of the house or using cellular data. (On the same laptops, etc.)
