I cannot access anything on the Verizon web site that requires my account information to be looked up. When I click on any of the links, I get the usual initial message:
We are looking up your account information and checking for available services.
This will only take a moment.
This is followed shortly thereafter with
Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office
We're Sorry, we're unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon Business Office for assistance
I have called the number in this message and been bounced around between departments, but nobody can restore full access to my account on this site. I DMed with @VerizonSupport on Twitter, and the rep there couldn't help either. This is getting very old.
