I have been trying to log into my account for days with no success and it seems like it is permanently blocked / locked now because I cannot even make a one-time payment to my phone number - I desperately need someone to help as I cannot call (currently abroad) and the chat is absolutely useless for my issue.
Yes i cleared my cage, cookies, and tried three different browsers - it's definitely the fact that my account is disabled or something. Can someone please help before I lose my mind? All I want is to pay and continue to have my phone work ๐
