Cannot add or see sub-accounts

I have been a Fios user for many years.  Since the time they gave out yahoo email accounts.  I recently tried to create a new sub-account for the first time in many years and discovered that not only did it show no sub-accounts, but when I tried to add a sub account, I got a yahoo error page not a Verizon error page.  I and none of the individuals using the sub-accounts have had any issues.  they can all log into the verizon website and can also log into Yahoo for our mail.  Why on the verizon website does it not show me my subaccounts and why can't I add any.  I know that verizon doesn't give yahoo addresses any more.  I don't need another email.  I need another verizon sub account and I need to manage my existing sub accounts

OKAY! Okay! no Mas!  NO MAS!  I surrender.

I've had a problem for awhile with sub-acccounts for awhile now.  I am unable to make them.  I keep going through support and there is no answer using that automated mess.  I tried to use CHat but its always busy and they tell me to try later.  I put a message in one of the communities and didn't get an answer.  I've had it!!!!!!!!!  All verizon can do is keep trying to have me upgrade to some services that I neither want or need and for my misery I get overcharged out the butt.  Its time to try the competition for half the cost.  For good measure I think I'll get rid of my verizon phones too.  I've already started to move my email acccounts and then I'll be free to dump this travesty.   I put this here because I want to vent over how much time I've wasted.  I'm an IT tech and this has to be the worse support website I've ever had the misforture of using.  **bleep**, I hope somebody reads this

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
