Cannot make payment on cancelled line

I️ cancelled my vzw and have had problems when trying to login to pay my final bill. I️ have tried my username and password with no success. I’ve also attempted to use the disconnected account link, but do not know my Verizon account number. Phone and chat agents have been no help. Verizon has made this process extremely difficult just to pay a bill. How can I️ get logged in to my account to pay?

Hello, mar4jc2023, we certainly want to help make sure you are able to settle the balance on your account. I understand you're running into an issue with being able to sign in to the disconnected accounts page and you currently do not have your account number. As another option, you may also call Customer Service to have a bill copy mailed to your address so you can mail a payment or you can use your account number on the bill to make a payment online.

I thought all final bills were mailed via snail mail?  Not sure if going to a store will help, as I've seen a post elsewhere from someone who tried that, and the employees told them the final bill would be in the mail.

The "login to a disconnected account" thing never worked for me either when I left Verizon briefly earlier this year, but someone said if you use your user ID (?) it works?

There is a one-time bill pay site https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/ which doesn't require logging into My Verizon.  Have you tried that to see if any bill details come up?
