I have been trying to redeem my $100 card for a month now.
1) Does not work via app
2) Does not work via Safari on my iphone
3) Does not work via internet explorer on my laptop
4) Does not work via chrome on my laptop
5) The help line I am re-directed to by the Verizon genral support is never answered
Looks like I am not alone? What's the deal?
