Cannot redeem my 2 Verizon $100

I have 2 $100 gift card awards I am supposed to be able to redeem but the redemption site does not work.. It does not matter what browser, computer, or internet connection you use. I called customer service and they gave me a dedicated number for the gift card support. Only problem is that number is always "busy signal" or you wait on hold forever without reaching anyone. I waited for at least 30 minutes without reaching an agent or getting a message saying anything about hold time or place in line. This is extremely frustrating given the amount of money I pay to Verizon for home and multiple cellular lines. It is clear to me that they do not wish to actually honor the promotion they signed us up for.
