I tried to pay my bill online but I cannot use any of the one-time payment option. It kept telling me to select a method and that a payment is due! I tried and tried. All I get is the options of selecting which type of method I want to use after clicking continue with the method I chose. I clicked on the automated agent and nothing! All I get is a blank mini window! That's it! And while typing this message I kept getting a notice "authentication failed. authentication ticket mismatched, failed aunthentication" over and over again! I never have this problem before. Anyone else?
