Cash Only ASSISTANCE

Hello. I’m cash only for reasons out of my control. (Someone ordered Amazon out of my account and caused my account to over draft). Can we update my account status as a one time courtesy? I’ll be sure to inform Verizon of any issues in the future? Hopefully I’ll never experience this again. Please contact me ASAP if possible. I been a customer for over 7 years. This seriously got me thinking about leaving!
